@zomatocare Zomato’s email says they ‘can’t verify the issue after delivery’, even though I shared clear photos showing fungus/spoilage on the item.
If the evidence is visible, how is refund not justified?
This is a food safety concern.

@zomatocare Your email repeats the same template reply. The food was spoiled/fungus-affected and I shared clear evidence.
‘Can’t verify after delivery’ doesn’t make sense.
This is a clear food safety issue. Please resolve it with a refund.

@zomatocare Thanks for the response, but just to be clear, I’ve already shared the photos multiple times and even escalated it to your grievance officer. The refund was still denied without a proper review.
This is a food-safety issue, not a minor quality complaint. Resolve this at earliest
