I'm gay, and I hate what the LGBTQIA+ "community" has become. They are communists, groomers, and make normal gay people look bad. They do not represent us.

@nickshirleyy is doing America a SERVICE!
My marriage is not a protest against society.
It is two men building a life together. Work. Bills. Family dinners. Home repairs. Holidays. Arguments over where to eat. Showing up when life gets difficult.
That ordinary life is what gay equality was supposed to protect.
The activist class keeps turning homosexuality into a permanent political performance. I prefer the life we actually fought to live.
We surveyed lesbian, gay and bisexual people. 94% felt uncomfortable being categorised under the LGBTQ+ umbrella. 87% felt uncomfortable being categorised as 'queer'. Here's what they said - and what we're doing about it.
"As a lesbian I feel marginalised and like I don't belong in a community that used to be very important to me. I feel ostracised and isolated." "It feels like they jumped on our coattails but somehow managed to grab the steering wheel." These are verbatim responses from LGB people in our survey.
LGB stands for lesbian, gay and bisexual - people who are same-sex attracted. TQ+ covers gender identity, which is a distinct thing. Organisations that attempt to serve both often end up serving neither well - and in practice, tend to prioritise TQ+ constituents at the expense of LGB people.
In 2021, the government abandoned the aggregate term BAME following the Inclusive Britain report, which found it failed to reflect the differing needs of those it covered. LGB Alliance is calling for the same approach to LGBTQ+.
Don't Call Me Queer is LGB Alliance's campaign for same-sex attracted people to have specific representation that actually serves their needs. Read our report and take action: https://t.co/G4wWzyaUTI
