@Vidar1977 @PaulNoon7450 @anthony_hagi @todayyearsold No, it’s a terrible idea and a safety hazard. adding just 5 over 10 pounds is so you can hit max efficiency in your lift, you want to hit your target rep the last 2 being the hardest. Not only that but once you’re done with your set now you have to get the 5 pound off the machine
