Stop doing “ fat burning” workouts. Your goal during a cut should be preserving as much muscle as possible since you are in a more catabolic state. Your workout should be very similar to your bulk, with some minor differences.
STOP comparing yourself to other people….and START comparing yourself to mythological beings!
