🆘 This afternoon, we alerted @HCoastGuard about a group of 23 people who arrived on the #Greek island of #Tilos. The local coast guard told us an operation is ongoing, including police & the fire fighters but that it is difficult to find the group, as they are in the mountains.

The group say they are travelling with children and explain how for more than one month they have been pushed back and forth between #Greece and #Türkiye. They want to ask for asylum in #Greece but are being denied this right!

Authorities of #Simi just confirmed on the phone to have found the whole group and brought them to a police station. They would not give us more information about where the people will be taken to. We hope everybody is fine and that there will be no illegal #pushback.

110 people who fled Libya on an overcrowded boat had alerted @alarm_phone about being in distress. Over 50 of them were crammed in the narrow lower deck and had problems breathing, one person at times lost consciousness, when #Nadir found them early this morning.

The Moroccan authorities allowed an Israeli warship to dock in the port of Tangier to allow its crew to replenish fuel and food supplies en route from the US, after the Spanish government refused the vessel permission to use its ports.

Elham Farah from #Gaza, an old woman, a retired teacher and a musician, was injured in her leg yesterday in the Al-Rimal neighborhood and left to bleed to death on the road due to the Israeli tanks and the prevention of the Red Cross from reaching her.
May she rest in peace.
