@BigRock HIGHLY disappointed with the blame game/ passing the buck behaviour by your customer care executive. This is just not acceptable. I did not receive any calls or emails and in spite of being well within the cancellation period, my request has not been honoured.

@TNTMediaHub Extremely frustrating! Its been over 2 months now and I'm still awaiting my order. The TNT tracking site shows that the goods had been released by Customs 8 days ago but TNT personnel claim final examination still pending .. No clarity .. No ETA .. Worst Experience!!

@TNTMediaHub Terrible experience! Waiting over a month for TNT India to deliver an order. Your team quotes exorbitant duty amount which changes with every mail without any explanation or proof. So much higher than the product itself! Need to speak to someone senior right away!

@radhikamundra @TNTMediaHub One of their employees sent me a different duty bifurcation amount on 3 subsequent emails and asked me to confirm the payment for the same .. the duty amounts quoted were exorbitant and much higher than the cost of my ordered watch 😔
