@POTUS Therefore, a Federal ban on AR-15s can only be for SHORT barrels that can fall under the Federal jurisdiction since a person requires a Class 3 Federal Firearm license for similar items. LONG barrel firearms not under Class 3 license are up to the States.

@POTUS Banning long barrel AR-15s that can be used for hunting is a violation of state sovereignty under the 10th Amendment in the words of the 14th by depriving the People of different States the liberty to own things not under Federal jurisdiction.
