Contrary to what some claim, X is not being asked to report on content moderation.

The proposed fine rests on three points:

1. Misleading design of its so-called authenticity “blue check” (DSA Art. 25)
2. Lack of transparency in its advertising repository (Art. 39)
3. Blocking researchers’ access to public data (Art. 40)

X now has 60 days to provide users with clear answers on issues that directly affect them.
