Today, H.E. Minister Lt. Gen. @BashirMJ, led an introductory meeting with the Ministry’s Directors, Advisors, and Heads of Departments. The session focused on aligning the Ministry’s strategic priorities with national and international climate goals, including adaptation, resilience, and sustainable development.

Alongside Deputy Minister Dr. Saeed Mohamed & DG @yussufsamatar , the meeting emphasized the critical role of inter-departmental cooperation in tackling environmental challenges, promoting policy coherence, and advancing Somalia’s commitment to global climate action frameworks.
