As a psychiatric provider across the lifespan who diagnose and treat OCD patients, looking at the symptoms posted above they’re not symptoms of OCD. I’ll recommend you go and get reevaluated because what you posted are typical symptoms of ADHD. If you came to me with the symptoms described above, I’ll be evaluating you for ADHD.

With OCD, there’s obsessions ( repeated intrusive thoughts or images ) that brings distress which the person tries to counteract with other actions or compulsions (repetitive actions or rituals) that the individual performs to alleviate the distress caused by the obsession. For example hand washing or cleaning 24/7 due to fear of germs, checking and rechecking multiple times that a door is indeed locked etc. I’ve had patients who told me they spent 23 hrs of their day on intrusive thoughts and rituals. That’s how you know it’s OCD.

I bought 5 brand new Midea AC per my engineer, it’s the best AC in the market. After installation none of them was working but he told me it had a year warranty. Oga, return it for exchange he was telling me story till today. I ended up buying Hisense and it’s been working perfectly.
