"An adult that is a female" or "Assigned Female at Birth (AFAB)".

Thought most adult females would rather be called a woman.

Regardless of how we dress, what gender we identify as, what race or sexuality we are, it is courtesy to call someone what they would like to be referred to as. If someone more masculine presenting wants to go by she/her, then call her her.

If you want to get into semantics, the words You are trying to go for is AFAB and AMAB (Assigned Female at Birth and Assigned Male at Birth). The New World word IS woman.

People are saying that there are more than just the cisgender women and men society has brainwashed people to believe and to think all trans are rapists are wrong.

Like... a woman. Men are people who identify as male. Women are people who identify as women. It is that simple.
