THIS IS HOW DISORGANISED THE NPA IS:

In perhaps one of the biggest shock in the @amaBhungane Documentary about the NPA, a voice recording was discovered wherein Advocate Andrea Johnson, head of the National Prosecuting Authority’s Investigating Directorate says to her team:

"I ask that everybody go to court ,because you are a team but we ask that everyone be dressed to the 9's and they were dressed to the 9's and I ask that they carry those file boxes and make sure the spines are all marked EVEN IF THERE IS NOTHING IN THE FILE"

So in simple terms NPA were making arrests, came to court with tons of files acting as thou they have all the evidence but files were perhaps empty. FAKE IT TILL YOU MAKE IT. I have no words. I just can't process this.

Interestingly, ironically actually, in this interview Ziyanda Ngcobo had with Lieutenant General Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi at Brooklyn Police Station on 18 June, he metions that he and General Khumalo had received intelligence that IDAC officials wanted to arrest them within 48 hours because they had heard that they had warrants of arrests for the IDAC Head and Officials. Hence they made a move to arrest Khumalo.

He disputed the allegation and qualified it by saying that there were not even investigations on IDAC Officials.

Generals, the mandate from some of us, citizens of this country who believe in justice and the course you are fighting for, we GIVE YOU THE MANDATE TO ARREST IDAC HEAD AND OFFICIALS. Please now you can put that plan in motion.
