@darrenrovell There’s a myriad of reasons and a list a mile long of individuals that could have done this. Personally, I believe that Oswald was innocent or played a very small part.
@darrenrovell Everyone involved and Interviewed used it as their 15 minutes of fame. All the cops knew it was historical, paraded Oswald around, along with the so called weapon used, even Gave Oswald a press conference to get into the annals of history..
@darrenrovell Oswald was too calm and insisted his innocence in a manner of a man that was truly innocent, or one that was assured immunity form powerful people before hand. The whole event, handling, and investigation was a total schite show from start to finish.

When someone accidentally runs over a child, most cases they face manslaughter.. Weather or not they do any time is one thing depending on circumstances, but fines, restitution etc are usually involved.. Reckless is Reckless regardless
