Customer: Can I please get a cheese quesadilla and 2 bags of chips.
Chipotle Employee: You will need to place your quesadilla order on the app. The quesadilla maker is over there (20 feet or so).
I placed the order at 3:19pm and my only option for pick up was 3:30pm so I have been sitting and waiting for my quesadillas order for over 11 minutes. While last week at a different location start to finish with a quesadilla and a bowl I was in and out in under 3 minutes.
So a decision maker at a high level for the location actually thinks that the process of a customer getting out of line to go online to order a quesadilla is the best solution?
