Huge arguement about Durk and the alleged lack of bounty in the murder for hire charge. Judge said even though some claims are that the bounty for killing Quando was promised by other people (Dede doing the Oprah impression ‘you get a million you get a million’) he basically said it doesn’t matter because of the way OTF was structured people wouldn’t have got active unless they believed Durk was at the top and willing to pay. Gave 2 weird examples, one saying if a random guy told Elon musk he told someone else he’d kill his opps and Elon would pay him a billion, if the fixer didn’t actually have a connection to or belief that Elon was really gonna pay then it wouldn’t be proven it’s a murder for hire. Then said when King Henry II slid on the Archbishop of Canterbury that the rest of Europe was pissed, and it was obvious the hit came from the King of England, but the Vatican let it go because the King had status. Said this proved the King sent the hitters but that this doesn’t mean the jury will let Durk get away with murder due to being a celebrity. wtf 😂
