Starting out as an apprentice, John worked his way through the ranks and now is MD of his own business. John is an advocate for the scheme and is passionate about his role as an Apprentice Ambassador, he now employs six full time apprentices.

We have recently secured a 5 yr fixed term contract with Cleveland Fire Brigade. This, combined with a successful capital funding application, has resulted in the creation of 5 new jobs 2 of which are apprenticeship roles.
