@margeosprey @mirandajewess The problem with bags is you're either creating a lot of waste, or you're washing and drying bags, which is a pain compared to reusable containers like these.

That said, we do both. Loaded up the freezer w/ stew meat, pork chops and steak sandwich portions in bags yesterday.
