@marceelias OK, to help you spread the word about threats to election security: There's a man who wrote the check that launched a delusional conspiracy theory that the 2016 election was stolen and who ran the effort to undermine election integrity in 2020 and his name is Marc Elias.
2020. After Trump is out of the public eye for a couple days while getting treatment for Covid, Democrats hit the airways to demand proof of his health.
Carl Bernstein called Trump absence one of the biggest coverups in American political history.
Jake Tapper "analysis" on the Omar story with his guest Skye Perryman.
Who is Perryman? The CEO of Marc Elias' lawfare outfit Democracy Forward.
That's right. So guess how this went:
Tapper: "Seems rather vindictive."
Perryman: "Partisan. Racism. Xenophobia."
Tapper: "It doesn't look like a legitimate law enforcement action."
Legacy Media's coverage of this story fully explained in less than 40 seconds.
Why aren't any DC tree lovers complaining about the DC Council green lighting the destruction of 150 of DC's oldest and most important trees to build parking lots at the new football stadium? Maybe cause it wasn't Trump?

East Potomac Golf Course is owned and operated by the National Park Service (NPS). The course was first established by the War Dept on federal land and later transferred to the newly-created NPS. A federal judge has no jurisdiction whatsoever over the maintenance of this course.
The NYT is promising they saw camera footage proving James Talarico was at home all last week not trying to off himself in a psych ward.
But they say they can't release the footage to the public.
So you just have to blindly trust the New York Times or blindly trust the Talarico campaign.
The problem for Team Talarico with this “it was the flu” business is America remembers every single Democrat in the country lying through their teeth about President Vegetable.
This is the reputation Democrats have earned.
When Voters realize Hobbs opposed all of these items and Republicans are the reason they get to vote on all these things they largely support, they want to support Republicans top to bottom of the ticket
This is the problem with the flu story. Timed security camera photos provided only to the NYT but not for publication don't do it. It's really not hard. Why the games?
It's not an immigration case.
It's a RICO case.
Organized crime.
That painting they carried out has nothing to do with immigration, unless it's her and her brother's wedding photo. 🤣
In case you are wondering why seemingly every school district in Indiana is having a referendum to increase school funding via property taxes, it’s largely because of this.
Indiana taxpayers spend roughly 2 billion dollars on English As a Second Language students, and almost all of that is subsided by local residents via property taxes.
Under Biden, the number of students who didn’t know English grew extremely rapidly, not it has mostly leveled off but it is a still a massive massive cost for local school systems.
At the beginning of Bayliss Wagner’s post, she’s reporting that The New York Times reviewed time-stamped security-camera images of James Talarico.
A time stamp alone doesn't establish when an image was actually captured, and even authentic footage places somebody only at a particular location and time but requires further scrutiny. In a court of law, this would never hold up as evidence.
The key is understanding exactly what the Times examined and how it authenticated the IMAGES - because this is not FOOTAGE.
Here's what the Times actually reported:
According to its October 12 article, Republicans Promoted a False Rumor [not yet proven false] That James Talarico Was in Ohio:
-The source: Talarico's own campaign supplied the security-camera images.
-The dates: The images allegedly showed him at his Austin home between October 1 and October 8.
-The RESTRICTION: The campaign provided them on the condition that the Times not publish them.
And that last part matters. What is this? Be professional for God‘s sake.
The Times says it reviewed the images, but the published account doesn't establish whether its reporters independently verified the original camera system, checked unaltered recordings, or examined metadata.
The public is being asked to accept images from a friendly and partisan source that it cannot inspect themselves, supplied by the interested party.
I'd be asking the Times one specific question:
Did you independently authenticate the original security-camera recordings, or did you simply examine time-stamped images furnished by Talarico's campaign? And where is the evidence you must have diligently made sure you captured of the event. And why weren’t multiple news agencies invited to corroborate?
