If a company was up front with their values, you would know as soon as you open their website that they are inclusive. And, so would anyone who applied to work with them. Tolman has an anti discrimination policy - it’s just words.

@MediaTolman @cassidywnc @BL_St1 @RedTRaccoonV2 The problem is that while you may not have homophobic policies in your company, you are not actively inclusive. You don’t seek out LGBTQ+ people to employ and you don’t have inclusivity in your marketing. Weddings are about more than making a buck.
