Never trust people on this app
.... Some fake friendships is what u need to be on the track again... Well Virtual world is virtual not reality💯... 🚶♀️🚶♀️🚶♀️
regime change or coup will never work in india because an ordinary indian is more patriotic and really considers the country his motherland than anyone from any country across the world… as simple as that
I am NOT a Modi supporter but would be his side any day over fringe anarchist radical leftists who just want to create chaos and 30+ year olds who do 'youth protests' hth
Dear leftists🙏
Criticise the government all you want but why is everything about India negative for you? You're always so quick to accept every anti-India narrative coming from outside but never ready to acknowledge anything good happening here.
They were successful last time because the issue they raised, the paper leak, was genuine, non-political, deeply concerning to students and parents, and heavily covered by the media.
They had a clean, credible face leading the charge: Sonam Wangchuk, a scientist, engineer, and innovator, kind of figure that resonates with STEM Gen Z, a group that normally doesn't protest but holds heavy influence over pop culture.
To top it off, right when Wangchuk's health was deteriorating, the organizers behind the scenes brought in influencers and celebrities to turn the movement into a pop-culture phenomenon. This caught the govt off-guard, especially with top police leadership making blunders in anticipating events, as evidenced by the sudden last-minute replacement of the police commissioner. Caught unprepared, the govt mismanaged the situation and inadvertently granted immense legitimacy to the CJP leadership.
But that success went straight to CJP's head. They fell into the trap of believing they were undisputed "youth icons" who could call a march on Parliament and bring down a government at will. They forgot one critical detail: the cause matters.
This time, they raised a purely political issue that does not concern the masses, as people recognize the supposed "threat to democracy" as a manufactured narrative. Consequently, it found zero resonance with actual students or the general public. It was a purely political ploy, and paired with a govt that was far better prepared and more tactical, the entire effort collapsed.
Hopefully, this brings CJP back down to reality. I hope the govt gets to the bottom of this conspiracy, and that everyone who organized and promoted unlawful activities, if any, under the guise of activism is held accountable.
The NEET paper leak protest made sense, but a protest every 2 months is a joke. If you don't trust the EC, just don't contest elections, simple as that. There are real issues in the country that no one talks about. As a country, we are going nowhere.
Protest for the right reasons. Stand up for your rights, question the government, and fight against injustice. That’s democracy. But never compromise your country’s interests just to please another nation, political party, or religious group.
Suddenly this mis-info is again trending on X. And American handles, who know India very well, are spreading it deliberately without context.
Facts:
- The voter rolls revision, called SIR, was done after a delay of 23 years.
- It is a constitutional requirement.
- In those 23 years, 110 million+ Indians died at the minimum.
- And tens of millions more Indians migrated or left India.
- Also, the removal is not yet final. Only a draft has been done and it goes through its own constitutional process of corrections.
- While due to the extent of the exercise and manual labor involved enrolling nearly 1 billion voters, there have been cases of genuine voters being left out, all of them can get themselves registered as long as they are legal residents of India with valid IDs.
- These foreign DS media and agents are crying because their main tool to manipulate elections in India - illegal and fake voters are being captured and rooted out now.
Think about it.
If a businessman wants to enter a country to do business, will he try it by mocking the prime minister of that country and abusing the head of country's biggest conglomerate?
Clearly the goal is not to get Starlink into India because what Elon is doing doesn't increase the odds.
The goal is something else. Polymarket says there is 9% chance. But remember. We are not Nepal, Venezuela, Iran or Cuba.
We are politically aware citizens of world's largest democracy where the prime minister has been voted by more people than your country's entire population.
Keep trying, keep crying.
People actually cheered when Police came in. Nobody supported. No slogans. Everybody cooperated so that these three get detained. And people say these are the mega youth leaders. LOL.
India has among the fastest and cheapest internet in the world, with remarkable coverage too… for $4/mo you get 60GB of super fast internet that works perfectly even in my random family village
I love Starlink and think India should give them a license, but I wonder how many people will pay $27/mo (what they charge in Rwanda, currently the cheapest market).
India already has excellent connectivity, and the rural areas where Starlink would be most useful are also where people can least afford it.
This license thing feels similar to the US not allowing Chinese cars… is there a different way I should be thinking about it?
Competition should be welcomed when it improves services and lowers costs. But it must be genuine competition, not a demand for unequal treatment.

If tariffs are justified to protect domestic industries in one country, it's reasonable to ask why other countries shouldn't also consider their own industrial priorities.

As a rational person, it's okay to criticise the government, but as a citizen of this country how can you not observe any sort of goodwill or development of the country?
What sort of understanding you're having regarding the current scenario, unless your political understanding is just based on instagram reels and pushed propaganda on the internet!
People absolutely have the right to protest, but the government also has a responsibility to manage crowds and maintain public safety. If metros, trains or roads aren’t regulated and something goes wrong, people will ask why the government didn’t control the situation.
I have never seen a country's youth so desperate to burn their own country down over some ig reels and baseless informations that too spread by ppl who neither studied in india(allegedly), who have no credible bg and some don't even live in India. Wtf are we doin??
