@Grimezsz have enough hair weigh to hold them down! i had short bangs for a long time with very wavy hair, and if i had more of a thicker fringe it was enough to keep them held down (i dont rlly use any styling products either)

this was as short as i could get before it became poofy bad

@TarotByBronx @Theholisticpsyc I’m a big stress driver, I usually try focus my eyes (at a red light) on one small point on the dash, and breath slowly. Then I roll my shoulders and relax my back and literally push all the stress energy out the top and away.

Also touching a cold drink can be grounding/calming
