@BarryNSmith79 @RogersHistory I can safely say that in 25 years of teaching, ofsted had zero effect on my teaching standard. I never once changed my pedagogy based on their opinion of me. I changed it because I felt it necessary to be an excellent practitioner. They're an utter waste of time, space and energy
