Had the chance to stand next to Jim Rogers — one of the true legends of Wall Street.

In 1973, he co-founded the Quantum Fund with George Soros. Over the next decade, the two of them generated an astonishing 4,200% return. Then in 1980, due to differences in philosophy and personality, Rogers walked away.
They barely spoke for the next twenty years. Both went on to build their own legacies.

What stays with me isn’t the 4,200%.
It’s the courage to leave at the peak and commit fully to independent thinking.
As a builder working on Web3 liquidity infrastructure and AI automation systems, I keep coming back to the same lesson:

The ones who actually break through — whether in the golden age of traditional finance or in today’s intersection of crypto and AI — all share the same trait.

They see the macro clearly, then patiently refine their systems in silence.
Capital and sovereign players are entering Web3. The wisdom of previous cycles is still relevant.

But the code and consensus of this generation of builders is only just beginning to run.
Stay humble toward the market.
Stay independent in the build.
Build in Public. 🚀
