I'm not sure why brands are delaying orders in 2025 with next to no information about the delay. After 15 days, I thought to check the tracking page and found that there has been no update since then.

Talking to support has been pointless too.

@flipkartsupport @Flipkart is such a scam. Waiting time was 24 hours, to be delivered on the 14th.

And today after being out for delivery for 2 hours and no information they marked in unsuccessful,

This is the 2nd order for the same product. Same result.

The fun part is @flipkartsupport is not even sharing that is was marked undelivered on their app. I had to track using ekart tracking and see that it is undelivered. On calling there is no info they can share, hiding the fact that this is marked undelivered.

After waiting 3 more days from expected delivery, they marked it undelivered. No delivery person contact details, no information on when it will be delivered.

@flipkart should not exist, its Never a smooth process to order & get delivered

Yes, today is 13th and no clue of where my order is.
And @Flipkart has yet another time let a customer down. Why brands like @nothing @GoogleIndia #pixel still work with @Flipkart for their marketplace needs. @amazonIN is so much better with this.

The order is in limbo again, and the support staff says that the one time exception happened again with logistics
