a setup guide? recommended settings? a walkthrough? clearly defined support?

i’d love to hear what actually helped you get your model working the way you expected.

6/7 i’d rather this conversation lead to better setup guidance and clearer communication than another pile on.

buyers should feel comfortable asking for help, and creators should have a chance to investigate an issue before everyone decides what went wrong.

5/7 being new and not knowing a setting isn’t shameful. asking whether an expensive model meets expectations is fair, too.

what feels unfair is turning that uncertainty into “this artist isn’t worth the money.”

artwork, rigging and tracking involve different work. we should understand where an issue comes from before assigning blame.

what’s included? what needs adjusting? who can they contact when something looks wrong? an expensive commission shouldn’t leave someone feeling lost.
