@AirbnbHelp It’s exhausting as a host when you get a local guest that works through your vetting system and they just complain nonstop about everything else that nobody has ever had an issue before in the past. Seriously not One I wish this wasn’t true, but it is.

@AirbnbHelp All other true bed-and-breakfast do not host local guest. They are Taylor made for travelers only. Airbnb needs to work out this kink in the system.

@AirbnbHelp you all really need to get some type of system in place that helps protect the host. In my last two years of hosting, I have had one single-handed time had a local reservation. Turn out well. This is not even true for normal bed-and-breakfast. B&B is in the name
