Build update.

Paid a QRPH merchant with USDC on Stellar testnet. The USDC sat in the escrow until the peso payout confirmed. When we forced a payout to fail, the same USDC came back.

The escrow is live on Stellar testnet. Crypto waits in it: released once the merchant is paid, refunded on-chain if the payout fails, reclaimable by the payer after a deadline.
