Former IMSA crew chief/engineer/team mgr. Now do Facilities & IT stuff for a SaaS Co. Lurker account: Not my real name, some will figure it out. Parody of me.
@BPD1776@KennethCassel I've never been to it either.
When I was at the dealership 'race shop', our guys drove it often and said it was fun.
Lou Gigliotti's G2 Complex opened recently and is in my backyard. I may go check that out soon
They went to the City Council Meeting. It didn't go like they wanted. Today:
This needs to be on the ballot!
Ok, you need to get the codes changed. THAT is how you get it on the ballot.
We don't want to change the codes, just stop the data center!
Enjoy your new data center.
@thinkingshivers The answer's in the name --> Formula
Cooks call them recipes.
Many early street cars were open wheel.
Specific formulas (rules) created back in the day made for a classes of cars for a driver to progress. F4, F3, F2, and F1.
Rules change, but still follows the same concept.
@realest49919420@SkinWade Last time, we went to West End to meet family at Dickeys. Mrs and kids wanted to take it. I tried to talk them out of it.
As we were waiting to leave it was getting late, people out of control, and my wife was not comfy at all.
We get home and she says "Nope! Never again!"
@atflorio Agreed, they need to loosen up a bit. They are their own stumbling block.
My experience when I crossed over was the mechanics and powers that be were very different from us IMSA guys.
@atflorio I think they will try to keep much of the suspension bits too. I can see a redesign of the tub/Aero screen, and an updated bellhousing for hybrid.
They just went to the aluminum wheels to cut costs.
@atflorio I think that is a fair assessment.
Same with engines too: "The new car will use the old engine. We don't want to introduce 2 new packages at the same time."
