I need urgent assistance regarding a pending UPI transaction of ₹4,039 for an Amazon Grocery order placed on 17 May 2026.
The order was cancelled on the same day before shipment. Amazon has informed me that the payment was not captured
and that no refund is required. However, Punjab National Bank has confirmed that the amount was successfully debited from my account, and PhonePe shows the transaction status as "Successful."
Despite multiple follow-ups with all parties, the issue remains unresolved.
