There are no words for how proud I am of Callum. In tough conditions, he kept his nerve, kept his cool and kept his shape. Unlike his coach, who cried for the 1st time! A very well deserved Gold Medal at the #SIAB International at Grangemouth with a PB= performance of 1.90m 🌟🥇

Kirstin had 2 solid performances, just outside her PB in both Hurdles & LJ, on tired legs after the Penathlon and SSAA midweek. Time to rest for the next one!

Great performance in Belfast from Darcie & Callum, representing Scotland in the SIAB event. Darcie clocked 11.93 in 80mH & 5.42m in LJ. Both legal wind PBs. Callum went sub 14secs for the first time in the 100mH with 13.92. Super proud of both!

A fantastic 6th place for Kirstin and a 🥉 for Callum in their U17 Heptathlon and Decathlon debuts. Strong performances from both but the heat proved a little too much for their endurance finales, especially after a 3.5hr pole vault for Callum! The 1500 seemed like a marathon!

A hugely successful first day at the East District Championships for our Club. Well done to all our competitors who between them have set a multitude of PBs.
Our medal haul was also quite impressive with a grand total of 15.
