In 2016, a 19-year-old French woman, known as Océane, livestreamed herself in her home discussing her intention to end her life.
Subsequently, she tragically threw herself under a train, and a first responder can be observed in the video picking up her phone and attempting to terminate the livestream.
Prior to her suicide, she discussed being sexually assaulted and expressed being in a dark place emotionally.
