I am Heyri.

I am the player who lost $7,299,672.91 on Winna's (@Winna) private Slide game on 15 and 16 May. It was my money.

I filed my complaint with the Tobique Gaming Commission on 22 July. Their deadline to answer was 29 July. It has passed.

They wrote back. They did NOT answer a single technical question. They spent the entire letter arguing about whether my friend is allowed to speak for me.

So now I speak for myself, and I ask them directly:

Why can you not show the pre-bet commitment for those 62 rounds?

Why can you not show the server generation logs?

Why is the answer always about who is asking, and never about the game?

The whole gambling community has been asking this for weeks and nobody has had one straight answer.

I am not asking anyone to believe me. Publish the commitment and the logs. If it checks out, I will say publicly that I was wrong, in my own name.

If you're not willing to reply, I will take this further.

I was invited into a private, "provably fair" VIP game at a crypto casino (@Winna / https://t.co/HwyrFwejoT) 🚨

Then the casino's own owner confirmed, in writing, it was possible to hand me an unfavourable seed pair.

This isn't a callout. It's one fair ask: @Winna, prove the game was provably fair - or refund my money.

I have played on Winna for months. I won there and I lost there, millions, and I never asked for one dollar back until this.

This is not about losing money.

It is about 62 bets on a private version of Slide that I cannot check, and that nobody else can check either.

Winna has still not shown one commitment or one log.

I am not asking anyone to trust me. I am asking Winna to publish the records. That is all this takes.

Proof that the game was fair as marketed or refund my money.
