@ShivAroor I am short of words to express my anger. It's coming from multiple directions. A feeling of helplessness is also looming. Pain as well. Mind is questioning the country itself, the people, the system. Nobody will help. No mighty & no almighty. We are all on our own in this jungle.
@grok if there's anything valuable to add then please share. Eg, what is this shape/design in its domain called, where else is it used, any inventory credited with its design, something about history of nail cutters too and how their mechanisms evolved over time etc etc
I dropped my nail-cutter and it came apart. Tried fixing it and now I am in awe with its simple design. There's a pin, hook shaped, around which the handle rotates. 360°. Whosoever thought of this hook design for the first time, I've a feeling of admiration for you. So simple! 🙌
@nikyc11@malpani@gg_aka_gg Your msg highlights the importance of its public framing. 'Judicial Analytics' is -ve (from their pov, criminal offence in France), but 'informed litigation pursuit' is not (judicial burden--, confident public etc). On the inside, an advanced product can be used in many ways.
@malpani@gg_aka_gg Yes, procurement of records, mapping etc at scale is possible now. Don't remember how this thought first came, but it flashed again after an experience with a SC lawyer & then again when a friend shared his property matter. Now today. The info assymetry + pain, exploitation++.
@GergelyOrosz@amuldotexe off topic, but did you experience these pressures of "soft mandate...good graces" and "political backwind" etc in case of some other entities/countries as well? Trying to understand if its common or peculiar.
@malpani Apart from point 3, first two are data and can be done. Even third can be well proxied. I had a similar idea, but my center-piece were lawyers. Reading these questions now make me realize what I overlooked. Some kind of satisfactory feeling inside after reading a similar thought.
