@OutlierSports_ @TheJamesEdrick The spurs won in 2003 sweeping the New Jersey Nets in the finals. Detroit won in 2004 after replacing their head coach and trading for Rasheed Wallace.

Plus Orlando was the 8th seed that year and his 2nd best player was Drew Gooden. That wasn't a chance to win a title lol
