I was moving to Germany and stuff was hectic since I haven’t moved before, so I was pretty busy. But now I’m in Germany and I can chill!

I’m trying to play tf2 using porting kit but the update gets stuck at 84%. When I download the update on normal steam, it downloads fully (It wont play cause it doesn’t support it) but only 84% on porting kit.
Is anyone else having the same issue or know what to do?
