Following the Vyapam allegations:

• 🚔 Statewide raids and arrests were carried out against impersonators, middlemen, officials and alleged examination racketeers.

• 🔎 In August 2013, the Madhya Pradesh government handed the investigation to a Special Task Force (STF).

• 👮 Thousands of people were arrested in connection with various Vyapam cases, including officials and alleged middlemen.

• ⚖️ Former Higher Education Minister Laxmikant Sharma was also arrested during the investigation.

• 🏛️ On July 7, 2015, then CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan sought a CBI probe. The Supreme Court subsequently transferred the investigation to the CBI.

• 🎓 Fraudulent admissions, ranks, degrees and appointments were cancelled in cases where irregularities were established.

• ⚖️ The CBI subsequently prosecuted numerous accused, with 100+ convictions reported in Vyapam-related cases before designated courts.

So the claim that Vyapam saw “no action” and “no convictions” is contradicted by the documented record.

आज मेरे आवास पर मेरी और जितेन्द्र सिंह जी की UGC Rollback सवर्ण महापंचायत समिति के संस्थापक राज शैखावत (राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष,क्षत्रिय करणी सेना) तथा उनके प्रतिनिधि मंडल डॉ. शुभांशु सिंह राजपूत, राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष, समृद्ध सनातन संघ, आर. के. सिंह, आई टी सेल अध्यक्ष, अखिल भारतीय क्षत्रिय महासभा, एडवोकेट डॉ. संगीता सिंह, राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष (महिला प्रकोष्ठ), क्षत्रिय करणी सेना तथा एडवोकेट हिमांशु शर्मा, कानूनी सलाहकार, सवर्ण महापंचायत समिति के साथ बातचीत हुई। इस बैठक में उनकी ओर से उठाये गए विषयों पर सौहार्दपूर्ण वातावरण में चर्चा हुई और सरकार उनके मांगों पर न्यायसंगत विचार करेगी। हम आने वाले तीन सप्ताह में पुनः इनके साथ बैठक करेंगे। राज शैखावत तथा उनके प्रतिनिधि मंडल ने 20 सितम्बर 2026 की महापंचायत को स्थगित करने का निर्णय लिया है।
