What Is the Definition of a "Real Scam"?

A ₹4600 crore expressway in Uttar Pradesh was inaugurated only a few weeks ago by the Defence Minister, the Union Highways Minister, and the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh. However, it reportedly developed cracks in a very short period.

This raises serious questions about construction quality and the use of public funds.

The controversy did not stop there.

Repair work on the expressway was allegedly done with table fans, raising further concerns about the quality and methods of the repairs.

Another issue came to light when the company believed to be responsible for the work received two new contracts worth around ₹3,000 crore, despite the allegations about the expressway and claims that the company had been blacklisted previously.

This prompts a larger question: Who owns PNC Infra, the company that continues to get major government contracts amid these controversies?

PNC Infra's owner is Pradeep Jain, who is reportedly the brother of Naveen Jain, a BJP Rajya Sabha MP from Agra.

If these claims are true, they raise significant concerns about accountability, the transparency of government contracts, the quality of public infrastructure, and whether political connections influence the awarding of major public contracts.

The public deserves clear answers: How did a company facing such allegations keep getting contracts worth thousands of crores? Who evaluated its work? What action was taken after the reported defects and blacklisting?

These questions require a transparent and independent investigation.

Now ask yourself the questions that refuse to die:

* If there was truly excess rice, why was it not exported to build India’s foreign exchange reserves?

* Why was it not released into the open market so food prices could fall and food inflation could ease for the common citizen?

* Why are “We The People” forced to subsidise private ethanol distilleries : only to then pay higher fuel prices at the pump every single day?

The conflict is crystal clear: Shri Nitin Gadkari ji sir’s ministry has a decisive say in India’s ethanol policy.

This is an absolutely shameless systematic transfer of public money into private hands while the ordinary Indian pays twice once through taxes to procure rice and again at the fuel station for the Ethanol blended Petrol!!
