I’m reading Woke Inc. by Vivek Ramaswamy and there is a part on page 28 that states the anti-racist training for employees of companies is training employees “to be less white”. I just want to point out, that isn’t what anti-racist training is aiming to do…

Anti-racism training is aimed to train employees of companies to recognize the biases they hold as well as micro aggressions in order to better serve people who may be different from them.
