Hey @Nordstrom! Your store in West Hartford, CT issued a refund back to the wrong payment method - Afterpay instead of PayPal - for an online order. Afterpay never extended me a loan in that amount, so they can't refund me that extra $. Cust Svc said call store. Store not helping
