@Fa21519230 Keep your phone in airplane mode while you’re in the house. Many phones particularly the new iPhone allows you to program automations. Automate your phone to go into airplane mode as soon as it detects your personal Wi-Fi.

@Fa21519230 When you’re sleeping, keep your phone at least 3 feet away from your bed. Also put your phone into Wi-Fi calling so you can receive phone calls while in airplane mode. When you’re outdoors, don’t carry the phone in your pocket. Use your head this is all cumulative.

@BiggestComeback Fermented Sauerkraut is very low in calories and carbohydrates. Half a cup of fermented sauerkraut is about two carbs. You will digest the sauerkraut as fiber which will feed your gut bacteria and make the fasting easier.

@BiggestComeback I have been using the sardine fast and the burping afterward is nasty. No one wants to be around someone burping up sardines not to mention it’s unpleasant. Simple remedy, eat some fermented sauerkraut with your sardines. You won’t have the nasty burps guaranteed.

Never use your phone when it’s plugged in, or other similar devices.
Also, during the day when indoors keep it in airplane mode. Also keep it in airplane mode when you’re sleeping assuming you use your phone as your alarm clock. Maintain at least 3 feet of distance from the phone while it’s charging. While in airplane mode, you’re not getting fried as the phone is searching for a cell tower.
