I understand. The family was aggrieved because Knox kept the focus on the tragedy in order to profit via books, podcasts and TV productions. They naturally felt the focus should be on Meredith's life and memory. It was unbearable for them, and there is no comparable case re Knox's profit motive. I like to think that since the parents are now with Meredith in the afterlife, they now know the truth. Sleep well.

I'll continue to side with the Kercher's, who both died in 2020. Knox profited from projects based on this crime, before and after her acquittal. We often speak of words vs actions. Knox's actions since Meredith's murder have been focused on profiting from this murder. Meredith's parents went to their graves denying Knox's words.
