@northernassist I left my phone on one of your trains, practically watched it drive away. I have been on hold to customer services for a very long time... any other way of getting help?

[Lisbeth Eva @Hiccupcakes]

@ASOS_HeretoHelp where is my order? It was supposed to come yesterday!

[Lisbeth Eva @Hiccupcakes]

@gingerwizard I am! Staff and (and fellow passengers) have been great, but 3+ hours trapped on a hot train is no fun!

[Lisbeth Eva @Hiccupcakes]

@nationalrailenq @northernassist Thanks, I will be in touch. Train conductor has been brilliant, but 3+ hours trapped on a hot train is not acceptable.

[Lisbeth Eva @Hiccupcakes]

@gingerwizard I don't mind at all. We have all just been moved to a second train, fingers crossed this one works.

[Lisbeth Eva @Hiccupcakes]

@nationalrailenq c£3 compensation for being trapped for over 2 hours doesn't really cut it.

[Lisbeth Eva @Hiccupcakes]

@nationalrailenq Ilkley to Leeds. I got on at Guiseley 2 hours ago. We are a mile out of Leeds, we could have walked.

[Lisbeth Eva @Hiccupcakes]

Hot, pregnant and stuck on a broken down train for 2 hours with no air con or water. Thanks @nationalrailenq

[Lisbeth Eva @Hiccupcakes]

@inGuiseley Thank you! We have him back now!! He had followed a lady cat into a house and got trapped in a wardrobe for 2nights!

[Lisbeth Eva @Hiccupcakes]

@ASOS_HeretoHelp I've been given a delivery slot that is useless to me, & on UKMail my consignment number doesn't work. How do I rearrange?
