1. Hire a true basketball GM to help Mark Pope evaluate talent, manage NIL, and avoid overspending while building a smarter roster

2. Go ALL IN on Tyran Stokes, landing the No. 1 player in the 2026 class would change how people view the program and bring elite high school talent back to Lexington

3. Find some DUDES in the transfer portal, and not just depth pieces, but proven starters who are ready to lead and embrace big roles
