My thoughts either way is that they have to be aware this is bad for them

That's what I meant that they screwed up, these cases if she wanted to fight it can tank companies just in court costs and lawyers

While I can't be sure without seeing the specifics she may be a part owner with a claim to a percentage of the total company. It's not like a normal firing.
