@NewLowObserver @mikesimonsen Building codes and regs that exist today and didn’t exist for boomers drive the cost of a home up by 20-30%. That’s a healthy chunk of that difference. Then there’s the cost to tie into utilities.. which used to be “free” by utilities. Not it’s a major upfront cost.

@RobertMSterling @HunterBiden Fairly obvious why Trump comes into the story like here… Graham, bad principals, he then lit them all on fire in the name of Trump. Fairly pivotal change in his life and one worth remarking on when remembering his life.
