Opened in September 1934, it was dedicated as the largest high school in the world at that time. Courage under fire can't be faked or reliably "trained" for. Most of the time, you either have it or you don't. Many crumble even during the relative 'calm' of training.

This means that this female fighter pilot, who is in good spirits, smiling, and showing some bravado, is a badass pilot. She didn't panic, cry, whine, or complain. Staying composed like that right after ejection and a high-stress combat bailout is very impressive... exactly the kind of resilience that stands out in these situations. All six crew showed the same level of professionalism.
