@ClinkCroker@nickshirleyy But also if there is fraud, hounding the person at the front desk instead of trying to speak to a manager seems like a bad play in terms of truth finding, but plays very well on youtube. For a fraud investigation the first place to start would be the with the inspectors.
@ClinkCroker@nickshirleyy Ironically there was a large fraud scheme that the state of Minnesota caught, stopped and is in the process of criminally prosecuting. Google Aimee Bock.
I'm all for independent journalism, but the standards of being tactful, thorough, and accurate should still apply.
@ClinkCroker@nickshirleyy but you are correct, many of them were not up to snuff and public records show many of those weren't operating, had frozen funding, and had their fine histories and violations documented.
@ClinkCroker@nickshirleyy or they're not letting him in to look at the children? No questions about the schedule of when children are scheduled to be there, he ran in assuming every child registered there to be there which is wild lol.
@ClinkCroker@nickshirleyy In the case of the day care stuff, reading off a papers that there's 20 kids registered at a day care, showing up and expect all 20 kids to be in there makes no actual sense. Its like expecting all of a dentists patients to be there in the office on the same day and time.
@ClinkCroker@nickshirleyy sure, nick's source for the "fraud" information is given to him by elected republicans who have access to it. Which means the fraud was caught if it was happening or the cases aren't fraud. It's not nick discovering or uncovering fraud its just sensationalism.
@ClinkCroker@nickshirleyy Then you'd think the story would be why state republicans are sitting on this information only to drip feed it to nick to make youtube content on.
@nickshirleyy I read the bill, its an anti doxing measure that also prohibits the sale of location information. Nick Shirley is not mentioned in the bill at all.
@ostonox@SaranWrapCubed Ironically I thought him and charlie would have agreed on a lot in terms of government structuring, Charlie was very illiberal.
@cedie_ii44635 @EthansAttic@barelyteabag Noah seems like the type to show up without a lawyer and say: "Your honor, that statement was out of context", with a shit eating smile
