Agreed. Cancelled our flight from Toronto to Saint John last night after boarding and taxiing for 5 minutes before returning to what they said was mechanical. But the next morning flight they got what they wanted with full flight with all of us having to overnight. Let’s see if this reimbursement for a delay over 9 hours.

Got replacement power source from Saint John Bell store. Did NOT fix problem. Now told 3 to 4 business days for a new modem to arrive. Called on last night, Thursday and fix not until next Thursday. Because your process does not include overnighting a new modem to me or having an inventory of modems in your Saint John store or having a service person in the field drop one off, I have already started the move from Bell to Roger’s for internet, TV and my cell service. And get this, there are going to install it today. Cost benefit to service your existing customers seems off. Don’t want to go to Roger’s but you have ushered me to them with your poor process to deal with simple fix, replace malfunctioning modem.

@Bell_Aliant If you have a modem problem, you better hope it doesn't happen near the weekend. My modem stopped working this evening, Thursday, May 21st, just before the hockey game. Made the call and was told it was the power source to my modem and a new one would be mailed and likely not to arrive until Tuesday. That's 5 days of no internet and TV. Its NHL playoff time. How a company this size can't replace a simple power supply for 5 days is unimaginable. They have a Bell store in the area and you're not set up for this simple fix. Surely, someone at Bell Aliant will see this and say that's horrible service and initiate a change.
