Hidan just existing in the village near Kakuzu starts to ruin Kakuzu's reputation and standing. Kakuzu used to have his life together, but now it's falling apart. They hate each other first, but later get used to each other. They kind of become bros but won't admit it.

Thinking about an AU with Young!Kakuzu, a well respected shinobi and the pride of his village, and Hidan, feral man who lives in the woods and considers clothing as optional. Somehow, Kakuzu ends up living with Hidan to keep him under control. It's Fun. Not for Kakuzu though. :)
