🚨 DO NOT BUY $SPCX BEFORE TOMOROW

Here’s why.

Roughly 911M shares become unlocked on August 6. At the current price, that’s close to $109B worth of stock that could potentially hit the market.

For comparison, the recent Nasdaq-100 inclusion generated around $4.3B in passive buying.

That’s only a small fraction of the supply that may become available.

Even with one of the biggest bullish catalysts already priced in, the stock barely reacted. That usually says more than the headlines do.

My current outlook:

✅ Initial rebound from $104 → $120 has already played out.

📍 Right now we’re testing the $120–125 zone.

⏳ Next major event is the August 6 unlock, which could increase selling pressure.

If momentum fades, I expect a move back below $100.

My preferred accumulation zone sits around $75–85.

Short interest remains elevated near 31%, but I don’t think shorts are trapped here. Many are likely waiting for additional liquidity from unlock sellers rather than rushing to cover.

A lot of traders are treating $104 as the cycle bottom and $119 as confirmation of a reversal.

Personally, I’ve seen this exact type of sentiment before large IPO lockup expirations.

For now I’m holding cash and won’t start building a position unless price reaches my target area around $85.

We’ll know soon enough whether this thesis plays out.
